Kutch Rann Utsav 2025–26: A Celebration of Culture, Color & the White Desert
The Rann Utsav has grown from a modest three-day event into a grand 100-day cultural festival held annually at Dhordo, a vibrant village nestled on the edge of the White Desert in Kutch, Gujarat. Each year, a stunning tent city is built from scratch — complete with luxury accommodations, dining zones, craft bazaars, and cultural stages — all designed to offer visitors a once-in-a-lifetime desert experience.
Recognized as one of India’s most iconic tourism events, the White Rann Utsav celebrates the awe-inspiring beauty of the White Rann of Kutch, where the endless salt plains shine under moonlight and sunrises feel magical. Beyond its natural wonders, Rann Utsav showcases the rich artistic traditions, folk music, dance, handicrafts, and culinary heritage of the Kutch region.
