Terms & Conditions for Celebration Packages & Upselling Offers
- Eligibility & Participation Celebration offers are available only to guests aged 18 or above. Guests below 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. Please note that guardians must also hold a valid booking; free entry is not permitted.
- Offer Details Some promotions apply only to specific services or packages. Kindly refer to the offer details at the time of booking. Celebration offers are valid only for the duration mentioned in the offer communication. Offers must be redeemed as per the conditions stated—no exceptions.
- Pricing & Payments All upsell and celebration services will be billed at the rate mentioned at the time of purchase. Full advance payment is mandatory for all add-on packages. All prices are exclusive of taxes. An 18% GST will be added to the total cost.
- Booking, Delivery & Refunds All orders will be processed as per our standard service procedures. Delivery details and timelines will be shared during the booking process. All sales are final. No refunds will be provided unless the service is cancelled by us. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed according to our standard refund policy.
- Product Availability Celebration packages are subject to availability. If a particular component of a package becomes unavailable at the time of booking, the entire package may be considered unavailable, even if it was advertised previously.
- Guest Responsibilities Guests will be held liable for any damage or loss to property caused by themselves or their guests. The management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings. Please safeguard your valuables such as cash, jewellery, electronics, or cameras.
- Use of Guest Information & Policy Updates All personal information shared by guests is handled with care and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may modify or update these terms and conditions at our discretion and without prior notice. Any modifications will be communicated either through our official website or via email notification.
- Legal Jurisdiction Any legal matters or disputes related to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
